Hey you! I’m Sheila Amo…presence facilitator, leadership savant, authenticity democratizer, style maven and IT GIRL.
I spent my corporate career helping companies align their leadership, strategy, people and culture efforts. After twenty years working in a corporate environment, I decided to take a leap of faith and start an HR consulting practice. One reason I left "corporate" was that I regularly felt like a square peg in a round hole. I felt compelled to look, act, and be like “other” people to succeed and thrive. I was burned out and emotionally exhausted…sound familiar?
This experience is what fuels my passion for supporting women through style and presence coaching. I leverage the lessons I learned as a corporate leader to teach women to connect to their inner IT GIRL, harness authenticity as a leadership tool, and align their presence with their inner brilliance so they can show up unapologetically, take up space, and express their expertise with visibility. Despite feeling repressed in the corporate environment, I’ve always had unique style and the moxie to be different.

Special Event Styling:
Whether it’s a night out, milestone celebration, television/podcast appearance, or branding photos, special events call for a special look. Let’s create the most flattering, fashionable look for your occasion. This service includes wardrobe, accessories, and shoe styling as well as custom fitting. (Makeup can be made available.) Please book in advance!
